Through these yellow bricks that have become the make up of my journey a few of them so far have been natural hair. I've become pretty obsessed with it. I relaxed my hair when I was 18yrs like a rebellious lunatic lol. I went natural initially by default. I couldn't afford to go to the salon every 2 weeks (I had a short cut), so I ended up going natural. I had to restart that journey due to stress =/ in the summer of 2009 so I'm almost 1 1/2 yrs natural. I love it so much. learning my natural hair and all of it's versatility. There's a sense of freedom that comes with going natural. There is a natural hair movement that is taking place now-a-days. I'm so in love with it. It's like the 70s all over again.
